Well,
Today I have the day off, sorta. I have to put in atleast 24 hours a week in clinic this semester and so instead of doing 4 six hour days I'm doing 3 eight hour days. So today I have the day off but I have to make up for it later.
Have any of you new parents noticed that having a baby around the house makes days go a lot faster? I swear I just woke up and after playing with rebecca, feeding her, and puttin her down for a nap I feel like taking one myself!
We don't have much planned today other than running a little then taking rebecca in for shots! rachel can't do it by herself so she has me hold rebecca. what a wuss... :)

Congrats on the new blog! So, I had to turn to the internet to answer your last question about your title "Eye of the World". Good old wikipedia told me it is the name of the first book in a fantasy series... is that it? I totally understand about the shots, Marie had to close her eyes when Jack got his first ones but she made me hold his hand. The only thing worse than the shots is when Marie made me go with Jack and hold his hand when he got circumcised! Ouch! I won't go into too many details, but I think it hurt me more watching it than it hurt Jack.

All I can say is that if Sterling wasn't there to comfort Dani when I would leave the room for her shots...I would have instinctively punched the nurses administering them. Hey- its the mother bear reflex!
